Hi hi hi! Today, we are embarking on a very serious, extremely professional mission… okay fine, we’re just ripping open a box like it owes us money but it’s for a good cause, because inside waits the Zoe Retro Doll, also known by her many alter egos, Defa Lucy and Brittany. Honestly, she’s like the Moon Knight of dolls, multiple identities, endless drama, and somehow she pulls off every look.
So, what’s the deal with Zoe? Well, the packaging alone made me gasp. If nostalgia, 90s mall fashion, and a touch of “why did I think this was stylish as a kid?” had a baby, it would be this box however, getting her out of the plastic was like trying to free a celebrity from the paparazzi but Zoe struts out like she’s on the runway at Paris Fashion Week, except smaller, plastic, and somehow still judging me.
She’s got more personality in one green hair than I have in my entire wardrobe and the side eye? Legendary!
So would I recommend Zoe Retro/Defa Lucy/Brittany? 100%. She’s simply gorgeous She’s the friend who shows up to brunch in sequins, gives unsolicited fashion advice, and somehow makes you feel underdressed and you love her for it.
